Attica - Charles O'Connor, age 61, of Munster, brother of Mrs. Leota Ward of Attica, died Sunday, Feb. 28, at St. Margaret's Hospital in Hammond. He had been a patient about six weeks and had been ill about one year. Surviving, in addition to his sister here, are: his widow, Maude Lane O'Connor; two sons, Jack and tom, both of Munster; and eight grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Burns Funeral Home in Hammond. Burial was in a cemetery there. -- typed by: GA
